What I thought about the project "Choose Your Own Adventure"

I thought this project was really fun and different. I also thought that it was was easier with a partner. We both had the same amount of work and both had enough time. Our project was about a young brave knight going out on a quest. The quest was to find magic water to help heal sick people in his village. When he was on his way, their was many adventures and sights. He also had many things try to stop him. Choices, snakes, spiders, and an ogre named Eric tried to stop him. He successfully made it all the way back and healed the sick. Everyone was proud of him.

Inspiration

My mom is very inspirational to me, and a lot of other people. She is a very strong, encouraging person no matter if it comes to fitness or education. My mom grew up here in O’Neill and we used to live in Crete. But we wanted to come back home and live close to family. She has tons of adventure in her life, and some day I hope I have as much.
One very important thing to remember is to have a positive attitude. Wendy always finds a way to stay positive and happy. It will bring you a long way in life and you will be happier. You want to find a job that makes you happy so it doesn’t bring you down and stressed. Always remember to make the best of situations.
What is success? Success is feeling good about what you do and who you are. My mom makes good choices and helps others. That is an important thing to always keep in mind. Setting goals helps you graduate school and to get a job you can be proud of.
Giving advice always helps other people and even you. My mom’s parents always told her to treat others the way you want to be treated. That is very inspirational. She also wanted to live a fast life in a big city but smart choices changed her mind. She told her siblings to always move forward and never look back.

My mom inspires me in many ways. I am very lucky to have her as a mom and always by my side. I hope someday I get a great job, stay positive, and always set goals. She will help me through everything and help me set challenging goals I know I can complete.

Travel Report

Honolulu has many exciting adventures. Seeing unusual animals you do not see everyday, eating different tangy foods, and seeing amazing scenery all sounds great to me. When I think of Hawaii, I think of colorful fish swimming in the ocean, bonding with my family, and maybe even trying to surf. I think that I would be terrible at surfing, but there are surfing schools that you can help you learn. I can see myself someday on the sandy beach relaxing and having fun.
Hawaii has a lot of delicious food. Pineapples grow in Hawaii and are a part of almost every meal. Some of the popular foods are Hawaiian coleslaw, Hawaiian chicken kabobs, and Hawaiian rice. Those foods all have pineapple in them.

Hawaii has many animals. Green Sea Turtles are one of them. They can live up to a century and can lay 400 – 500 eggs at a time. It would be cool to see a sea turtle! Monk seals have a population of 1,500 in Hawaii. These seals relax on the shore. Another animal I would like to see are the fish in the sea while I am swimming. I would like to go scuba diving and see many different colorful fish. There are many beautiful fish in the sea. Seeing bright fish pass by you in the water would be incredible! Maybe you would even see sharks!

Honolulu has many amazing sights. Diamond Head is an ancient volcano. Many tourists come and see Diamond Head. It is 200,000 years old and has been inactive for 150,000 years. I would love to see that! In Honolulu there are many museums. One popular museum is the Bishop Museum. This Museum has Hawaiian artifacts. Hawaii also has many shopping areas. The Waikele Outlet Mall is Hawaii’s only outlet mall. I would totally go there and shop till I drop!

Over the course of a year, the temperature typically varies from 66°F to 88°F and is rarely below 61°F or above 91°F. That is great weather to get a good tan. Hawaii sounds like a good time and beautiful place to spend with your family. I hope to take a family trip to Honolulu Hawaii in my future.

Why I Want To Go To College

Wanting to know what you want to work at can be stressful. I always thought that I needed to know what I was going to do right away, but you have time to think what you want to really do. Changing your mind of what you want to be is normal because you want a job you truly want. In college they give you choices and you choose the one you think you are going to be successful in and enjoy. It is a good choice to get a job that you enjoy. I want to be a doctor when I am older. I want to check up on people, mostly little kids. I look up to my mom and dad and they inspire me. They went to college, and I want to also. They have good jobs and I hope someday I do too. My parents push me forward to go to college. They are there for me and they will always be. College is very important to me because I want a life-long job. My brother is a senior in high school now and is making plans for college next year.
My future goals are to get all the education I need, a job I will enjoy, and to help people. Getting education will get me a long way in life. Helping people as a doctor is something I want to do. I think working as a doctor would be fun because you get to help people and you could do something different everyday. I think I would prefer working with little kids but working with older patients would be interesting too. I think working in an emergency room would be scary, so I would rather just work in a doctors office to do check ups. I want to get a job that I will like, and I will enjoy everyday. I hope I can make a positive difference in other peoples lives. I am excited to go to college and learn all of the skills to be successful at my job. I want to be successful in life.
When I am in high school I would like to get a part time job at our local hospital so I can learn more about what doctors do everyday. I can also learn about the other jobs in the hospital. There are so many different jobs in a hospital that can help people. This will help me decide on what I want to do for a career. A hospital has hundreds of employees all who are important. There are people who cook and clean, people who are doctors and nurses, some people do lab work, take x-rays, give medicine, do surgeries, deliver babies, fix broken bones, and so much more! If I could work in a hospital as a high school student it would help me see all of the different job options for helping people and help me decide what I want to do when I grow up.
Going to college prepares you for a better future. You will learn career skills and life skills. Attending college gives you an education. It is also a time to mature and gain new responsibilities. This will all lead you to a better paying job. Without a college education it would be difficult have a productive future and a good career. Without a college education, most jobs are entry level and pay minimum wage. It is really important for me to go to college because my parents really encourage me too.

In conclusion, for now I enjoy being a junior high student, but I look forward to my future in college. Junior high is a time of learning about what you like and don’t like. There are so many choices to make in my future. As a junior high and high school student, it will be important to study hard, get good grades, and to be involved in activities such as sports or other school groups. Being involved in groups and teams helps you learn how to work with others. I know I might change my mind by the time I graduate high school, but for now I am most interested in being a doctor.
